2.1 App Usage

X Sim Lab operates entirely on your device. Your RAW files, presets, and camera data are processed locally on your iPad and your connected Fujifilm camera. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos or camera settings on any server.

2.2 Website

When you visit this website, we may collect anonymized usage data (page views, browser type, device type) to improve the website experience. No personally identifiable information is collected automatically.

2.3 Beta Program

If you apply for the beta program, we collect the information you provide (email address, camera model) solely for the purpose of managing beta access via Apple TestFlight. This data is not shared with third parties.

3. Camera Connection

The App communicates with your Fujifilm camera via USB using the PTP (Picture Transfer Protocol). This is a direct, local connection between your iPad and camera. No network connection is required or used for camera communication.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The website may use privacy-friendly analytics (e.g., Umami) that do not use cookies or collect personal data.

5. Data Storage

All app data (presets, settings, processed images) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is removed.
